We expect more from Murphy, McKay than just keeping our IT systems working, and we get it! They insure we understand every opportunity to leverage IT to make our business better. For example, they showed us how a terminal server could support our employees while they are traveling for our clients. Mobility is now a way of life, which offers the challenge of accessing files, emails and other documents necessary to maintain productivity. Having our terminal server provides our staff secure and speedy access to their desktop as if they were sitting in our office here in San Ramon. When measured by increased productivity, happy users and therefore happy clients, that was some of the best advice I have received for our company.
