and exhaustive research for every search we conduct. Our team is experienced
in the most advanced research methodologies, including a 17 year database
of qualified candidates, referrals and top recruitment web sites.
Our Screening
Process includes a face-to-face interview, knowledge evaluation, reference
checks and a background check (if you should so desire). If the
candidate appears to be well qualified, and has met Murphy, McKay's stringent
matching requirements, we will then submit him/her to you, to go through
your interview process.
