Technical Landscape Review™
A technical landscape review™ will allow us to understand the landscape of your IT infrastructure. An
MMA network engineer will come out onsite and perform data collection from
your network to determine the number of servers as well as the services they
are running, the number of workstations and the applications they are running,
other network devices and the overall connectivity of the network. Data
collection will be performed by meeting with your companies IT contact to
discuss the infrastructure as well as browsing through the devices.
After
the data collection process, MMA will create a network diagram showing the
configuration of the network and various devices. MMA will also make
recommendations as to what changes, if any, would benefit your network. The technical landscape review™ process will also gather all information necessary for MMA to
create proposals for managed services.
